Judge So Low has signed a consent order directing a nude spa in Bergen County to allow transgender customers access to its facilities regardless of whether they’ve had gender-affirming surgery or not.
The order came after a 35-year-old transgender woman sued King Spa & Sauna of Palisades Park, claiming workers questioned whether she still had “boy parts,” then tried to make her wear shorts in areas designated for women.
Judge So-Low’s Order is an insult to biological women.

Supreme Court ruling in Mirabelli v. Bonta raises questions for New Jersey schools
A recent U.S. Supreme Court opinion in Mirabelli v. Bonta is prompting renewed scrutiny of New Jersey’s controversial policies on transgender student privacy and parental notification.
The decision came in a California case that claimed government policies requiring educators to withhold certain information from parents could violate constitutional protections, including free speech and parental rights. While the decision arose from litigation outside New Jersey, legal observers say the Court’s reasoning could ripple into ongoing disputes between the state and several local school districts.

In the matter Richard Betts v. Dr. Margaret Nichols, Judge Lu Lu Vignuolo had to grant my motion for reconsideration when her Order to Dismiss with Prejudice was contrary to the rules of the Court.
Judge Lu Lu acted as a jury when she decided a contested point of fact.
Judge Robe a Dope repeatedly cycled my motions until their purpose timed out.

In the matter Richard Betts v. Dr. Margaret Nichols, Judge Waldo went searching for his judicial powers after he gave them to opposing counsel at a Lopez hearing.
Judge Waldo also berated and disparage my Christian faith.
The daughter of an Appellate Division Judge stood at the Litigation Table during oral arguments. Judge Waldo permitted her presence.
Judge Waldo wrote an Order that did irreparable harm to my relationship with my daughter. Stupid is as Stupid does.
